In metropolitan communication infrastructures a revolutionary technique is emerge known as terrestrial optical wireless (OWC), which makes high-rise building connection possible. Even with this solution, there are many other problems like the influence of haze and fog in propagation channel obstruct scatter OWC light consequently led to big attenuation, due propagate temporal, angular spatial signal. Not mention minimum visibility that discourages implementation pointing errors (PE) tracking system.
